==Government==
Issinu has had the same leadership since the great exodus from the old worlds. The long lived nature of the elves
has given them the greatest respect from the dragons. Many lords of the elven realm have direct friendships and ties
with dragons leading back to the dracon wars, when elven knights would ride atop the backs of dragons in legendary
battles of ages passed. 

These leaders are now known as draco lords, leaders of elven kind who have been paired with a dragon advisor. These
Kings, queens, and knights of the elven realm are ambassadors between dragon kind and the mortals they rule. They
play an integral role in communicating the needs of mortals, as well as keeping mortal violence, resistance, and
ambition from interfering with draconic rule.

==Population==
The population of Issinu is entirely elven save for a few diplomats of other realms.
The lords of Issinu all dwell on their own moons and the elven people freely come and 
go between all of their moons. this makes tracking the population of individual elven 
ethnicities nearly impossible.

==Languages==
elves have adopted draconic as their primary language. There are still many elven historians 
who maintain the elven tongue, but the daily language of elves is always draconic. Most elves 
know how to speak common and high common, as well as many other languages from the [[Ten Realms]].

==Religions==
Elves revere and respect the dragons, their leaders and elders were there when the [[Ten Realms]] were created.
They revere draconic kind as their saviors and the creators of their new world. This faith is resolute and shared
with all elves. Elves are the primary witch hunters of the realms, seeking out cults and worshipers of the old gods.

==Threats==
Ambition is one of the elves greatest strengths. Living age after age with the ability to maintain
yourself and your values requires a great fortitude and foresight. Elves are tenacious when it comes
to fulfilling their life long goals, goals which are often set hundreds of years ahead. This has lead
to great rifts and deep rooted scheming among elf kind. Deep rooted political plots are always a 
concern for elven stability. Evil elven lords have played the noble knight for ages before revealing 
their true loyalties are to themselves and their desire for conquest. 


These elves are often in league with entire factions who are impossible to route out in court and fair
trial, this leads to generation after generation of new born elves being unwittingly indoctrinated into
games incomprehensible to their youthful minds. Often resulting in the most violent, sadistic and cruel 
elven villains  being mere pawns to ancient elves who would do no wrong directly.
