==Introduction==
The Dynasty of the open hand operates as a circle of knights. Most silver dragons fall into a strict
military hierarchy. They maintain regular and direct communication with human and giant leaders of 
[[Cugho]], however they do not govern the people of the realm directly. They only interfere in matters
of extreme destruction, or large scale warring.

Currently the Dynasty is lead by a council of 7 leaders who direct the day to day operations of their 
kin. These Grand Marshals are responsible for all promotions within their respective flights, and 
oversee the activities of their subordinates.
