			of elven life leads to the tracking of every elven life as a historically important to their
			history.

			Elves are close with their families, and the event of a new birth is seen as a major event
			among all elven society. They very rarely have children and each one is seen as a sacred
			soul who has entered the world. Their long lived nature gives them well earned familiar
			relationships with other immortals, including dragons. Many Elves have known their closest
			friends for centuries, with the longest friendships having lasted thousands of years. They
			take this longevity as a sacred blessing that gives them the ability to over see other races
			and their societies with an unbiased perspective. This is something the dragons have used
			in their favor for over a thousand years. When the realms were settled the elves were given
			the job of overseeing the development of each planets ecosystem and civilization, they have
			seen the development of each realms society and this gives them a perspective of both a historian
			and a politician as they attempt to maintain good faith with all other races.
