Introduction
The Dynasty of the open hand operates as a circle of knights. Most silver dragons fall into a strict military hierarchy. They maintain regular and direct communication with human and giant leaders of Cugho, however they do not govern the people of the realm directly. They only interfere in matters of extreme destruction, or large scale warring.
Currently the Dynasty is lead by a council of 7 leaders who direct the day to day operations of their kin. These Grand Marshals are responsible for all promotions within their respective flights, and oversee the activities of their subordinates.
