Physical descriptor
Orcs are a large and strong framed race. Their skin varies in shade from clan to clan, but all orcs sport strong tusks. Their skin is thick and tough, and they boast broad shouldered frames. Most orcs grow up in a harsh climate that requires they become athletic enough to climb the treacherous mountains of their home realm. Orcs scar themselves ceremonially, and often pack battle wounds to increase the chance of scarring.
Society
Orc clans are secretive, and they do not trade openly. All resources gathered by a clan are a clans right and the idea of trading away much needed resources in favor of other goods is not something orcs do. They find that it is safest to work for their earnings and horde all possible goods they can in case the clan becomes isolated in times of danger. Orc clans rarely fight unless it is during a hunt for food, when two clans meet while on a hunt for the same quarry it is considered a sacred right to battle each other. The winner allowing the loser to collect their dead while they seek out their quarry. This allows the losing clan to eat their fallen and feed the remaining members, while the winning clan is left to complete their hunt and reap the reward of a great beast killed.
Beliefs
Orcs do not pass down religion, but instead treat the training and hunting methods as the most important thing they can pass down from generation to generation. Orcs are taught how to conserve resources, tactically lead the clan, and how to hunt the giant creatures of [Tawana].
